Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42503932) dated (10/14/1442), with reference to what was received from the General Real Estate Authority, based on one of the elements of the memorandum of cooperation signed with them regarding the improvement of real estate services and awareness of real estate establishments Pursuant to what they received from the Off-Plan Sales and Leasing Committee about seeking to create a stimulating regulatory environment for the real estate sector, in which the private sector works within its framework, by organizing the real estate brokerage activity for small and medium enterprises in a way that contributes to increasing the real estate activity of individuals and small and medium-sized companies, and enhancing the efficiency of real estate activity and the level of Transparency in this sector.
Accordingly, the council hopes that real estate establishments will participate in their views and observations on the draft of the draft rules governing real estate brokers qualified to market small and medium enterprises on the map, at the link (https://cutt.us/bdMr7).
